The Hermaphrodite: Cher Bono

That "Thyroid condition" is quite popular amongst she-males (or rather hermaphrodites). I've always stated that it comes smaller in females who were born as a hermaphrodites and some male hermaphrodites were actually born without one `Hint `Hint - Sonny Bono.

When Cher Bono stepped onto the scene in the 70's, her singing voice sound just like a man. Someone posted a link to a video clip of Cher and Sonny Bono in 1971. Cher's adams apple was clearly visible. She was known for "chin dipping" and wearing long dark hair to draw attention away from her (or his) neck area.
