If you have enough time and want to mix it by yourself, I also have suggestion for the recipe.

- Bowl (large and medium size)
- Large spoon
- Large dish or tray
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1-1/2 cups of milk
- 1-1/2 cups of cornmeal
- 1-1/2 sticks of butter
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Salt
Preparation
- Preheat over to 400 degrees. Add butter in the pan.
- Add the flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder and salt into the large bowl. Then, mix it until it has a smooth consistency.
- Add the milk butter and eggs into the medium bowl and also mix it.
- Add the mixed ingredient from the medium bowl into the large bowl. Then, stir until they’re damp and smooth.
- Take the batter to each of muffin hole in the preheated pan.
- Take the pan into the oven and bake about 15 minutes. (or until you see the muffins are golden-brown)
- Take it out and place it on the wire rack and wait until it’s warm (about 5 minutes).
- Take each piece of muffin out of the pan.
- Let them cool carefully in the large dish or tray, then, serve these muffins.
