When I think about the popular breakfast in North America, Europe and Brazil, I can’t ignore this food, French toast. French toast is made with bread and eggs. Milk is commonly added. According to what is popular in local cuisine, many of the spices that are added to bread or egg dishes are included in cooking. Ingredients

- 4 slices white bread
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- Butter or Cooking Spray
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation

  1. Take the frying pan on the stove with the medium heat.
  2. Add the butter (or cooking spray) and oil the frying pan.
  3. Break 4 eggs into a mixing bowl. Add milk and salt and beat the eggs until you see it’s smooth.
  4. Lower the heat a little bit.For the sliced bread, dip each slice into the bowl until they’re perfectly covered with the mixed eggs.
  5. Place the sliced bread on the frying pan.
  6. Cook until both sides are browned, the egg has cooked through and turn off the gas.
  7. Place the cooked bread on a preparing dish.

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked chicken breast or pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1 − 16" long baguette
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/3 cup sliced white onion
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons jalapeno chilies
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons low fat mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Using knife for squashing garlic and salt and take it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add vinegar and sugar into a bowl, stir the ingredients for dissolving.
  3. Add peeled and grated carrots, thinly sliced onions and finely chopped chilies. Mix it and lay aside.
  4. Slice baguette into four equal lengths horizontally. Fill mayonnaise over each piece.
  5. Prepare the meat (whatever you like) on the four bottom pieces. Fill with lime juice and five spice powder.
  6. Fill the carrot salad and a cilantro leaves. Cover with bread tops.

- Large heavy saucepan

Ingredients

For Crust:

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg (white)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 6 graham crackers
- Buttered flavored vegetable cooking spray

For Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups apple cider
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 5−6 large green apples (about 2 1/2 pounds)

Topping:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation
  1. Add the oats, graham crackers and walnuts until finely ground to an oven with the 350-degrees heat.
  2. Add the egg white and blend them until dissolve.
  3. Surface a pie pan with a cooking spray. Put the crumb mixture equally into the pie pan for the pie crust. Then, surface with cooking spray again.
  4. Take it into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Take it off and wait until it ready to use.
  5. Boil a cider in a large heavy saucepan over high heat. Cook about 15 minutes or until reduce to 1/2 cup.
  6. Add the sugar, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  7. Pare off the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the core and slice. Put the apples into the cider mixture and stir. Scatter the cornstarch over the apples and combine the mixture.
  8. Prepare the apples in the crust. Also, mix the brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and walnuts together in a small bowl. Then, pour the melted butter into the bowl and mix them.
  9. Scatter the topping over the apples, pat down with your hands and bake about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350-degrees heat.
