Let’s try the new different taste sandwich!!! I think you have never tasted before. This food is common everywhere in Vietnam as a favorite of factory workers and students. It’s a good chance for you to feel the Asian food, beginning with this dish, Vietnamese sandwich.

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked chicken breast or pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1 − 16" long baguette
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/3 cup sliced white onion
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons jalapeno chilies
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons low fat mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Using knife for squashing garlic and salt and take it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add vinegar and sugar into a bowl, stir the ingredients for dissolving.
  3. Add peeled and grated carrots, thinly sliced onions and finely chopped chilies. Mix it and lay aside.
  4. Slice baguette into four equal lengths horizontally. Fill mayonnaise over each piece.
  5. Prepare the meat (whatever you like) on the four bottom pieces. Fill with lime juice and five spice powder.
  6. Fill the carrot salad and a cilantro leaves. Cover with bread tops.
