Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of bulgur
- 4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 lg. yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 lg. onions, chopped
- 2 lg. red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen croon
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 4 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate, grated
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
- Prepare all of ingredients to ready to use. Then, pour the oil in a large pot with medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and often stir about 3 minutes.
- Add the cumin, chili powder, bell and jalapeno peppers. Cook an additional for dissolving about 5 minutes or until peppers are tender.
- Add the water, bulgur, chocolate, tomatoes and beans.
- Boil it by adjusting heat to high. After that, adjust heat to low, cover and cook for 25 minutes. Add the corn. Stir well to combine.
- Lastly, cook an additional about 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with the onion.
